• Jams - E. Waldo Ward & Son produces our jams using Polly's recipes and high quality fruits. Back in 1891 Edwin Waldo Ward moved to Sierra Madre, California with a dream. Ward's big dream was to make his own high quality marmalade. So he began by planting his 10 acre orange orchard and in 1918 began bottling marmalade in his small plant. Other products have been added since this marmalade is only 10% of the Artisan jams and jellies that E. Waldo Ward & Sons produce.

• Fresh Strawberries & Olallieberries - For several generations, R. Manassero Farms have supplied Polly's with the finest fresh strawberries and olallieberries grown in Orange County.
• Fresh Newton Pippin, Mutsu & Granny Smith Apples - depending on the season are grown in the finest growing area of Watsonville, California.
• Gizdich Ranch (a family owned ranch) in Watsonville, California - We buy raspberries, strawberries, boysenberries, olallieberries and blackberries from them throughout the year.
